Born from our expertise in management accounting and legal practice, HireJustNow was founded in response to a surge in UK companies offshoring teams to South Africa during COVID-19. After assisting multiple clients with the complexities of setting up local entities, we recognised a game-changing opportunity.

In November 2022, driven by co-founder Francois’ vision to help 100,000 South Africans secure international employment—and equipped with the in-house expertise to run an Employer of Record (EOR) service—we launched as a South Africa-exclusive EOR provider.

Our proudest achievement? Creating real economic impact through international employment. With 150 employees across 35 clients, we’re facilitating approximately R8 million in monthly wages flowing into South Africa—new money that strengthens our economy. Beyond the numbers, we’re opening doors for diverse talent, including enabling flexible work arrangements for single parents who can’t commute daily. This isn’t just about processing payroll; it’s about creating opportunities that our local economy hasn’t been able to generate.
