20 + years ago, when our founder was working as an MNO call centre agent, he became frustrated at not being able to give answers to basic questions to customers. Not being able to give people what they needed planted the seed that would later grow to become Apex BI.
Our flagship product, Clarity™, helps organisations master their telecom expenses, while our newest solution, eEngage-ICT™, streamlines and enhances how ICT providers serve, support and sell to their customers.
