Born in 1984 from a group of friends’ vision to work together, ISGAM began with a simple mission: to grow and protect the wealth of those we were fortunate to meet and work with.

What sets us apart? It soon became clear to the founders that although every financial institution, and in fact most companies, claim a client-centric approach, when a client´s situation changes, at best, they are handed to another colleague in the same firm, or at worst, they are told, “Sorry, we can no longer help.”

That was a point of realization to ensure that when we say client-centric, all our decisions over the past 40 years have been made around ensuring we can continue to service our clients wherever they end up.

Our proudest achievement? Creating a profitable company that provides a future aligned with our clients and their families.

This isn’t just about managing wealth – it’s about ensuring our company will be there for this and future generations of clients. Our stability attracts top specialists, including Andrew Little, who joined in 2017, is the Key individual and principal responsible for South Africa, and became a co-investor/shareholder in 2018.

Today, we serve families in both hemispheres, from SE Asia and South Africa to Europe and North America.

In 2004, a dear Saffa friend urged Andrew to visit South Africa. Twenty years later, another South African friend – now in the U.S. encouraged him to join The Lekker Network. The decision to work with and in South Africa was one of the best decisions of his career, so there was no hesitation in joining The Lekker Network as a Founding Member: This connection feels natural—our core value of serving others through robust, transparent advice aligns perfectly with the network’s mission.
